General Description
The Gravity Concentrator mixes perfectly all the incoming feed streams and then, based on the user configuration, calculates the amount, temperature and composition of material reporting to the products. The solid splits are based on the feed size distribution/s and/or density and one of the following methods:
- User defined partition curve
- Pivot partition curve
- Stochastic partition curve
- Bazin partition curve
- King jig model
Requires Met Dynamics Add-On and license from Met Dynamics.
Diagram
The diagram shows the default drawing of the Gravity Concentrator unit, with a single Concentrator (ConX) connection.
The physical location of the streams connecting to the Gravity Concentrator is unimportant. The user may connect the streams to any position on the unit.
