Common Data Section

This section is common to all model types, only the Type and ClassId change for each one.

Active	Tickbox	Turns the unit operation Active/inactive.
Hold	Tick box	Puts the unit operation on Hold so the solver ignores it when building a solution.

SetState		The only option available in ProBal is PBInit. It initialises the project for a complete resolve.
	List Box	Zero Flow - Initialises the flowrate to zero. This normally only applies to pipes.
		Empty - Empties the contents (if applicable) of the unit operations.
		Preset - Presets the unit operation using conditions specified in the Preset section. Note: this must be used with caution, make sure the options are configured properly before applying.
		DynStats RunInit - Restarts the Statistical information for the unit operation, if applicable.
