Insert into Configuration file

Sort either by DLL or Group.

	DLL:	Scd{{{TPS}}}.dll	→	Units/Links	→	TCE {{{TPS}}}: {{{TPS}}} {{{UnitOp}}}
or	Group:	{{{Group}}}	→	Units/Links	→	TCE {{{TPS}}}: {{{TPS}}} {{{UnitOp}}}
